How to Add Staff/Organization Members to your ExpressTaxExempt Account

Follow these helpful steps!

In some cases, there may be more than one person that needs to work on an organization’s 990 series form. ExpressTaxExempt makes it easy to do so!

Here’s how you can securely provide multiple individuals with access to forms in your ExpressTaxExempt account:

  1. Once signed in, go to “My Account” in the upper right corner:

2. Select “Manage Additional Users”:

3. Select the organization, then click “Add Additional User”:

4. Next, enter their contact name, email address, phone number, and the type of access you want them to have (whether they can edit or just view the form only). You can then click “Create User”:

The individual you’ve added will then receive an email to access the organization’s form in the account using their own credentials.
